I know there will be TONS of reading and I'll be very busy, but I still want to have time for my family.

I think my advisor is a sexual predator

I'm working on my PhD in Chemistry out here in California, but I think my advisor is coming on to me. He only seems to hire females in the lab (undergrads and grads), and he's always asking us out for dinner, drinks, and to his house for social events. Plus, I feel like I won't advance in my academic career unless I'm nice to him and actually go out when he asks me. I'm thinking about switching advisors. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
